Website use

  • Premium unlocks additional paid features such as Stream Mode, file actions, command management, and higher server limits, depending on the current product configuration
  • Features may evolve over time as the product changes

Billing and subscriptions

  • If you purchase Premium through the Apple App Store, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and account management are handled by Apple under Apple’s platform terms and policies

  • You are responsible for backups, access controls, and change review on your systems
  • You should verify commands before running them, especially on production infrastructure

Availability and changes

  • sshChat may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
  • Reasonable effort may be made to keep the website and app available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed
  • Tutorials, screenshots, and roadmap language are informational and may not always reflect the latest shipped behavior

Support

  • Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis
  • No guaranteed response time, SLA, or permanent support obligation applies unless separately agreed in writing
  • You should avoid sending unnecessary secrets in support emails

Intellectual property

  • The sshChat name, branding, website content, screenshots, and app materials remain the property of sshChat or its licensors
  • These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or website content to you

Disclaimers

  • sshChat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law
  • No promise is made that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every workflow
  • Security depends in part on your own server configuration, credentials, device security, and operational practices
